Job summary
Harness is seeking a Senior/Principal Product Manager, Continuous Delivery to drive the definition, development and adoption of our core Continuous Delivery module, ensuring end-to-end success. You will lead the critical swimlanes enabling customers to run CI/CD pipelines with top security and reliability.
This high-visibility role requires cross-functional execution across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, UX, Research, Customer Success and Support, plus close collaboration with releases, SRE, and
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management with SaaS/Cloud
- 5+ years in DevOps or infrastructure software
- Proficient with Kubernetes & containers
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the whole product experience for the Continuous Delivery module
- Engage with customers to develop insights and uncover needs
- Build the product roadmap based on customer needs and market trends
- Define product specs, user stories, mockups, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, SRE, and release teams to plan and execute
- Partner with product marketing to support customer-driven messaging and content
