Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate patient services projects remotely from IL. You will bridge client stakeholders and technical teams to document needs and deploy operational tools such as SharePoint and Power Platform components, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Candidates should have 6+ years in similar roles, experience juggling multiple projects, and hands-on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SQL skills, with strong communication and Agile

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the same functional area on 3+ concurrent projects.
• Experience managing 2+ projects concurrently in different phases.
• Document stakeholder interactions using flow diagrams.
• Ability to conduct impact analysis and develop relationships with stakeholders.
• Hands-on Power Platform experience: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Excellent communication and Agile project experience.
• Smartsheet development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client stakeholders and document needs in a requirement repository.
• Liaison between client business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder processes and tech to meet project objectives.
• Design innovative solutions using SQL and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop and manage project timelines, forecasts, budgets, and resources.
• Support development and testing phases with the team (unit, functional, UAT).
• Create deployment communication plans and user documentation.
• Publish training materials and provide stakeholder education.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders on project progress.
• Onboard new programs into staff management apps and processes.
• Capture issues/enhancements in the backlog and analyze with SQL/Power Apps/Power BI.
