Job summary

DSA is seeking a Technical Project Manager and Power Platform Developer to join the DoD-focused Business Unit in Orlando, FL. The role requires coordinating with MilTech Solutions, leading agile projects, and delivering Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

The candidate will manage stakeholder meetings, document requirements, and ensure delivery across the project lifecycle, including UAT and support for data visualizations and automation.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 5+ years IT management, knowledge management or related field.
• 3-5 years Power Apps development and delivery experience.
• 1-5 years Power Automate experience focusing on business process automation.
• Advanced SharePoint Online experience with MSP/M365.
• Strong stakeholder influence and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with MilTech Solutions as primary customer face.
• Translate business needs into development requirements for internal teams.
• Lead and participate in agile customer initiatives; act as Scrum Master.
• Develop briefs and presentations for senior government and military leadership.
• Oversee Power Platform solutions: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.
• Design and maintain Power Apps (model-driven/canvas) and automated workflows.
• Coordinate internal MilTech activities to advocate for the customer.
