Job summary

CapTech in Reston, VA seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complex technology programs for enterprise clients. You will align business, delivery teams and stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes and ensure on‑time, on‑budget project delivery.

Candidates should have experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, strong stakeholder facilitation, and a proven record in large-scale projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated success in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, with a robust portfolio of CRM and ERP projects.
Experience creating process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams, or system diagrams to visualize current and future state solutions.
Understanding how MS Dynamics and Power Platform integrates with other components in an Enterprise, like Salesforce
Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles.
Demonstrated track record of successful management of large and complex technology projects.
Experience in successfully facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving towards specific outcomes.
Minimum 6years of experience in project or program management role, preferably with full agile development life cycle experience.
Implement creative thinking and seek innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems.
Ability to establish credibility and trust with clients through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent communication skills, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficient at managing and leading diverse teams made up of people with a variety of technical skills and backgrounds, in different locations (i.e., remote and/or on‑site), and from different organizations (i.e., CapTechers, client employees, and/or other vendors).

Responsibilities

Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional team(s), bringing together the business, the delivery team, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery.
Sharing and implementing best practices from different development methodologies (ex: Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models) as needed by project.
Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate conversations and enable decision making.
Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements.
Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems.
Develop and communicate integrated project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate risks to the project delivery and support the triage and resolution of critical issues that arise throughout the project.
Perform hands‑on delivery work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project.
Desire to share with and develop a community of project managers and leaders.
Proven account management or other relevant experience.
