Job summary

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager and Power Platform Developer to lead IT initiatives for MilTech projects in Orlando.

You will combine project management, business analysis, and hands-on development of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, coordinating with a diverse team and customer stakeholders. The role requires agile leadership, DoD/Army knowledge, and strong SharePoint Online expertise, with responsibilities spanning requirements

Qualifications

• Active Secret/Top Secret clearance preferred or required within 90 days for qualified candidates.
• 5+ years IT management, knowledge management, or business analysis experience.
• 3-5 years Power Apps development and delivery experience.
• 1-5 years Power Automate experience in business process automation.
• Advanced SharePoint Online experience with M365 integration.
• Strong stakeholder influencing, negotiation, and delivery capability.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership in project environments.
• Experience delivering DoD/Army related projects and information security practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison embedded with the MilTech customer organization for services and products.
• Lead agile projects and act as Scrum Master for customer efforts.
• Translate business needs into development requirements with internal MilTech teams.
• Coordinate internal MilTech activities to advocate for the customer across capabilities.
• Develop and present performance and schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Lead developers and support staff in delivering Power Platform solutions.
• Design, build, test, and sustain model-driven/canvas Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Provide SPO content management support and create technical documentation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
