Job summary

Fives Intralogistics Corp. seeks a proactive Project Manager to lead Services projects from sales handover through closeout, focusing on large retrofit and modernization initiatives across multiple sites.

You will be the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating between Sales, Engineering, Controls, Procurement, Field Service, and Site Management to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• 4–7 years of project management experience managing customer-facing projects with budgets, schedules, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closeout, owning schedule, budget, risk, documentation, and customer communication for retrofit and multi-site projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans, baselining at handover.
• Coordinate internal and external resources across Engineering, Controls, Procurement, Field Service, Site Management, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage project financial performance, revenue, cost, margin, and change orders; ensure profitability.
• Communicate with customers and leadership; provide regular status updates and health reports.
