Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from initiation through planning, executing, controlling and closing, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget and customer expectations across diverse facilities portfolios.

You will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate internal and external meetings, map processes, analyze challenges, drive continuous improvement, and maintain comprehensive status updates while mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; four+ years in facilities management or on-site production/warehouse experience.
• Four to seven years of project management experience.
• Valid driver’s license; travel to Canada (passport) preferred.
• PMI/CAPM/CRL certification desired.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Visio, and Project; CMMS experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from initiation to closing with full documentation and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings, and drive process improvements.
• Develop relationships across the organization and maintain comprehensive status updates.
