Job summary

Groove Technology Solutions is seeking a Retrofit Project Manager to lead multiple technology retrofit projects from handoff to closeout. You will coordinate customers, Sales, Deployment Management, technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and profitability.

The role requires strong project management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with experience handling scope changes, field conditions, and deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience preferred; retrofit projects in technology, construction or low-voltage are highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of scope, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple retrofit projects simultaneously from project handoff through final completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, budget, documentation, and milestones.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure proper staffing and scheduling.
• Serve as primary communication point for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage Change Orders from identification through customer approval and completion.
• Track estimated versus actual project costs and identify potential impacts to gross profit.
• Maintain Salesforce and other required project documentation.
