Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a range of projects from initiation through closing, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering results for the organization's facilities portfolio.

You will drive operational excellence, manage risks, and maintain comprehensive project documentation while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; four or more years of admin/planning support in facilities mgmt or on-site experience preferred.
• Four to seven years of project management experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license; ability to travel to Canada preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, or CRL certification desired; strong English communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Visio, Project) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to closing, maintaining documentation and leading meetings.
• Drive process improvements and identify organizational needs; propose solutions.
• Develop and grow relationships across the organization at all levels.
