Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to closure across commercial, manufacturing, and multi-site portfolios. You will coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver technology upgrades and operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; four+ years in facilities management or project support.
• Four to seven years of experience in a Project Management environment.
• PMI certifications (PMP, CAPM, CRL) desired but not required.
• Strong written and verbal English and proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through closing, including documentation, meetings, risk management, and status updates.
• Drive process improvements and map cross-functional processes to identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships across organizational levels to enable project success.
