Job summary

Lumicity is seeking a Project Manager to join our Industrial Projects team, with remote work allowed anywhere in the United States. You will lead 5–15 projects, manage schedules, budgets, invoicing, equipment orders, and shipping, and coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, vendors, startup teams, and customers.

Ideal candidates bring strong project management and construction experience in industrial settings, engineered equipment, or process systems, with exposure to water or wastewater

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to own schedules, budgets, invoicing, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–15 projects concurrently from planning through completion.
• Own client communications, schedules, budgets, invoicing, equipment orders, and shipping.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, vendors, startup teams, and customers.
• Keep stakeholders aligned and projects moving smoothly.
• Take ownership with a high level of autonomy.
