Job summary

Lummus Technology seeks a Senior Manager - Project & Engineering Management to lead large capital projects from FEED through commissioning. You will drive project execution, ensure safety, budget discipline and on-schedule delivery while coordinating with clients, EPC partners, and fabrication teams.

Success requires extensive engineering management experience, hands-on cost control, and a proven ability to lead multicultural teams across global design centers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or comparable discipline.
• Experience managing complex engineering and capital projects in oil & gas, refining, petrochemicals, water treatment or related sectors.
• Direct customer-facing experience including scope development and contract execution.
• Proven track record in value engineering and standardization to reduce costs and cycle time.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership with schedule tracking, reporting and cost control.
• Coordinate inputs from process, mechanical, electrical and controls, including external subcontractors.
• Interface with end users and EPC partners to develop scope and negotiate technical terms.
• Lead value engineering, cost ownership and standardization across the portfolio.
• Build and lead multicultural engineering teams across global centers and partners.
