Job summary

Lumicity is seeking a Project Manager to join our Industrial Projects team, with remote work allowed anywhere in the United States. You will lead 5–15 projects, manage schedules, budgets, invoicing, equipment orders, and shipping, and coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, vendors, startup teams, and customers.

Ideal candidates bring strong project management and construction experience in industrial settings, engineered equipment, or process systems, with exposure to water or wastewater

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to own schedules, budgets, invoicing, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

Currently partnered with a well-established environmental technology company delivering industrial water and wastewater treatment systems across the U.S. and internationally.

They are looking to add a Project Manager to their Industrial Projects team as part of a planned transition within the group.

The role focuses on:

• Managing 5–15 projects at a time from planning through completion
• Owning client communication, schedules, budgets, invoicing, equipment orders, and shipping
• Coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, vendors, startup teams, and customers
• Keeping multiple stakeholders aligned and projects moving smoothly
• Taking real ownership of projects with a high level of autonomy

They’re looking for someone with strong experience in Project Management, Construction Management, industrial projects, engineered equipment, or process systems, ideally with exposure to water / wastewater treatment.
