Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group is seeking a Project Manager II for a remote engagement. You will oversee multiple enterprise projects, coordinate stakeholders, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams. This role emphasizes strategic planning, governance, risk management, and collaboration with the PMO and DET leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management knowledge and experience.
• 3+ years of managing stakeholders and stakeholder expectations.
• Preferred: meeting facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiating and managing multiple complex enterprise projects in parallel with multiple dependencies.
• Planning, directing and implementing complex projects on time, within budget and with desired outcomes.
• Providing project status, reports, performance metrics and other deliverables to PMO Manager and DET management.
• Creating and executing project work plans and revising as needed.
• Supporting business and project management staff.
• Managing PMO operational activities and ensuring quality project information across the portfolio.
• Identify and manage portfolio risks and align resources.
• Influence to remove bottlenecks and align resources.
• Assign resources and responsibilities and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Build strong project teams across divisions and provide excellent service to internal/external stakeholders.
• Effectively manage vendor relationships and support PMO/DET leadership.
• Collaborate to advance the PMO's mission and contribute to Portfolio Management.
