Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with agile development practices.
• Experience leading development of business cases and project scoping.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Project or similar tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate multiple projects with Senior Leadership and IT teams.
• Manage full project lifecycle from business case to closeout.
• Oversee portfolio health, governance and delivery.
• Coordinate activities with vendors and project managers.
• Provide status reporting and risk management.
• Build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Develop communication plans and manage expectations.
• Deliver final recommendations and options.
