Job summary

CentralSquare Technologies is seeking a Project Manager II for Public Safety Software in a remote capacity, coordinating software, hardware, and services with customers and vendors. You will direct project activities, manage timelines, and ensure successful, on‑time delivery while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

The role requires 2+ years of PM experience, familiarity with PMBOK/SCRUM, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

2+ years of project management experience.
BA/BS degree; PMP/CSM certifications preferred.
Knowledge of PMBOK and SCRUM frameworks.
Experience deploying, configuring, and managing PM tools for schedules, milestones, risks, and revenue.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and closes projects.
Assembles the project team, assigns responsibilities, develops schedule for timely completion.
Subject‑matter expert on implementation process and contractual language.
Leads technical discussions between product and operations on process improvements.
Drives and refines the process.
Assists other PMs on escalations when needed.
Maintains current and identifies new PM tools to increase productivity.
Leads large group meetings on process and product.
Displays strong communication with a customer service focus.
Performs all other duties as assigned
