Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations for external clients and internal teams in a remote, distributed setup. You will track status, manage risks, and drive projects to on-time delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication skills, PMP or equivalent experience, and solid proficiency with Microsoft Project and PM tools in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Engineering or MIS.
• Experience coaching, leading and influencing others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing projects and schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and processes.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with PM tools like Planview, Mavenlink is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of contracted technical programs.
• Track status with stakeholders and provide management status reports.
• Develop and manage consolidated project plans and dashboards.
• Manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies through closure.
• Coordinate with Account Management to manage customer expectations.
• Monitor project financials throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate in a distributed, agile environment.
