Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Project Manager to join the PMO and oversee projects across technology, operations, and clients. This is a remote nationwide role with travel as needed to client sites or corporate locations.

You will establish charters and plans, monitor progress, manage risks and changes, and communicate status to stakeholders, ensuring quality and on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• HFMA CRCR certification within 9 months of hire preferred.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in healthcare or revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through initiation, planning, execution and closing.
• Develop charters, scoping documents, project plans and deadlines.
• Monitor health of projects and manage risks, issues and changes.
• Maintain and execute an effective communications plan for stakeholders.
• Control costs, schedules and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
