Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to own complex, data-driven programs across multiple clients and platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive roadmaps, manage risks, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-value healthcare revenue cycle initiatives.

The role is remote within the United States, requiring travel as needed. A background in data integration, HL7, APIs, and production readiness will help you succeed and advance our mission

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience leading technical programs or portfolios in healthcare or healthcare tech.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable program requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program delivery owner for a portfolio of data ingestion and integration initiatives.
• Develop integrated roadmaps, milestone plans, and governance for cross-client programs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across data engineering, product, operations, security, and infrastructure.
• Define and monitor metrics, provide executive reporting, and manage RAID across programs.
• Drive coordinated releases and ensure production readiness and quality.
