Health Choice Network, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across business, clinical, operational, and IT teams.

The role will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will partner with stakeholders across departments to coordinate activities, manage risks, and support organizational change, with a strong emphasis on communication and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, healthcare administration, IT or related field.
• Minimum of three years of project management experience.
• PMP certification is required for this role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and PM tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage project scope changes and support decision-making.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Support change management and process improvement initiatives.
