Job summary

zetcom in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full implementation cycle of MuseumPlus and eMuseumPlus for North American clients, focusing on the online solution. You will manage projects for new clients and enhancements while coordinating with European headquarters and global teams.

The ideal candidate has museum domain experience, strong project leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field or demonstrated experience in IT projects.
• Experience in GLAM sector or non-profit organizations preferred.
• Five years in a lead role in IT projects, preferably with web-based systems and complex data.
• Experience with collection management, documentation or archiving systems.
• Strong planning, organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Self-organization, responsibility, and teamwork in global teams.
• Customer-centric service mindset and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute solution implementation projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage clients and stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
• Define work packages and coordinate with technical experts.
• Analyze customer data and map data for migrations.
• Conduct quality assurance testing.
• Lead client workshops and trainings.
• Assist pre-sales activities as needed.
• Specify and implement changes to existing solutions.
• Provide 2nd level support for regional customers.
• Support or lead projects outside North America as required.
