Job summary

Millennium Communications is seeking a Project Manager to provide planning, coordination, and execution support for client engagements. This remote US role collaborates with designated client and company contacts to translate objectives into actionable plans, monitor timelines and budgets, and ensure deliverables meet scope and quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience translating client objectives into actionable plans.
Ability to manage timelines and budgets across multiple projects.
Experience with project management software and SDLC processes.
Fluent in English and able to collaborate with stakeholders across time zones.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans to support successful client engagements.
Coordinate with company and client contacts to establish milestones and deliverables.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align objectives and timelines.
Provide periodic project status updates including risks and next steps.
Ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and deadlines.
Identify opportunities and communicate them to account management for growth.
Execute services as defined in the applicable SOW and amendments.
