Job summary

TorranceLearning seeks a Project Manager to support the Lead PM and Program Manager in keeping a high‑volume elearning development pipeline on track. This remote role within the United States focuses on delivery operations, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

You will manage ClickUp trackers, reviews, burn charts, and communications across modules, leveraging LLAMA iterations to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project delivery in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment.
• Familiarity with the Learning development lifecycle and iterative review cycles (Alpha/Beta/Validation or equivalent).
• Strong coordination skills for tracking details and moving work across contributors.
• Comfort building and maintaining project reporting artifacts (status reports, burn-down, variance tracking).
• Clear written communication and strong meeting support skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ClickUp as the system of record for statuses, due dates, and assignments.
• Maintain Microsoft Project plans for module dependencies, schedules, milestones, and ensure tasks are sequenced across waves.
• Track and reconcile estimated vs. actual hours; flag variances and trends for leadership.
• Produce module‑level burn‑down charts and reporting artifacts to support delivery forecasting.
• Provide meeting support for recurring ceremonies; prepare agendas, track attendance, and capture notes.
• Coordinate client review cycles (Alpha/Beta/Validation) and ensure feedback is tracked and responses closed.
• Coordinate internal QA and Section 508 compliance gates; ensure testing/sign‑offs are recorded before final delivery.
• Support version control and file organization in SharePoint to maintain a clear source of truth.
• Create weekly internal and client‑facing status reports (risks/issues, milestones) and track approvals.
