Job summary

M Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMP) to lead the Next Generation LMS implementation. This client-facing role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills to manage all phases of the project.

The ideal candidate will work with executive-level clients on enterprise software implementations and be proficient with Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and successful implementation of the LMS project.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Track and communicate project status, releases, and future enhancements.
• Serve as the primary client-implementation team liaison.
• Facilitate weekly status meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Prepare meeting agendas and provide updates on status, metrics, issues, resources, and actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Provide industry best practices and strategic guidance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
