Job summary

The Association in the United States is seeking a Learning Programs Lead to drive Agile adoption and modern delivery across the Learning organization in a hybrid remote / in‑office setup. You will partner with Learning Product Managers to accelerate sprint planning, backlog refinement, velocity tracking, and release planning while guiding teams through Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid models.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and retrospectives.
5+ years of experience managing complex projects, with 3+ years in learning products.

Responsibilities

Lead adoption of Agile frameworks within learning product development projects.
Partner with Learning Product Managers to implement sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Design transition plans from waterfall to Agile product delivery models.
Coach teams in Agile ceremonies and artifact management.
Establish governance for hybrid environments when compliance requires structured gating.
Measure collaboration, predictability, and throughput; conduct retrospectives.
