Job summary

ELB Learning is seeking a Project Manager to lead learning engagements with cross-functional teams from kickoff to delivery. You will serve as the primary client contact, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and communications, and ensure timely, high-quality results for public and commercial sector projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience managing projects in the learning and development industry.
• Working knowledge of instructional design principles and eLearning production workflows.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience using project management software and collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from kickoff through closeout or ongoing managed-service delivery.
• Adapt ELB Learning's production methodology to fit each engagement.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation within Planview.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Manage scope changes and facilitate change management processes.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Lead kickoff meetings, status calls, milestone reviews, and project communications.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication.
• Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Instructional Design, Creative, Development, QA, and Learning Strategy teams.
• Ensure work flows efficiently across departments.
• Identify and remove project roadblocks.
• Escalate risks and issues when appropriate.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver projects within approved scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Develop mitigation strategies and track issue resolution.
• Ensure all required reviews are completed before client delivery.
