Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in the Fintech Industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Delivery oriented and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans for fixed-cost or progressive projects.
• Manage scrum team and ensure collaboration among team members.

• Follow Agile methodologies with daily and weekly meetings to maximize productivity.
• Review sprint outcomes and follow up on demos for stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders.

• Promote company and project standards in all deliverables.
• Prepare status reports and conduct regular project status meetings with team members.
