Chart Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the United States to own projects from receipt to delivery, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will be the main customer contact and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics to keep programs moving forward.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in engineering or heavy industry, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience), and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in engineering, heavy industrial, or construction sectors.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customer accounts.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial aspects of PM: margins, cash flow, variance.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
• Own the customer relationship as the primary point of contact, driving communication strategy and resolving critical escalations.
• Coordinate as the key point person for engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics to enable collaboration across teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with objectives and targets.
• Lead project execution with milestone tracking, reporting, follow-up, and risk mitigation for on-time delivery and margin protection.
