Job summary

United Concordia Dental seeks an experienced project manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives under a Department of Defense contract. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage risks, and coordinate across business, technology, and operations teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, rigorous governance, and the ability to maintain evidence of delivery health in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• PMP or comparable project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition with strong delivery clarity and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain integrated project plans, governance, risks, issues, decisions, and changes to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations, regulatory, finance, data, vendors, and SMEs.
• Ensure deliverables meet documented requirements and acceptance criteria before milestones.
• Oversee transition from project delivery to operations and benefits realization.
