Job summary

United Concordia Dental is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives within a DoD-contractor environment. The role ensures alignment of scope, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating across business, technology, operations, regulatory, and vendor partners.

Required are 1–3 years PM experience (plus five+ years in leadership roles), PMP or equivalent training, and the ability to drive governance, readiness, and transition activities across a matrixed team.

Qualifications

• ~1–3 years experience in a project manager role
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience leading projects
• Experience developing and maintaining project charters, integrated plans, RAID logs, decision logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications
• Experience managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, changes, and resource constraints
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, regulated operations, technology-enabled delivery, or another complex environment
• PMP certification or comparable project management training or certification
• Change-management or agile certification is also valued where relevant
