Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions and clear ownership of next steps.
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals: risk/issue tracking, dependencies, status reporting.
• Able to adapt priorities and seek guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution: create plans, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and ownership.
• Coordinate across teams: align activities, track dependencies, support handoffs.
• Manage risks and issues: identify, document, monitor, and escalate with context.
• Create project visibility: maintain docs, trackers, logs, and status reports.
• Support effective meetings: prepare agendas, document decisions, action items.
• Keep commitments on track: monitor deadlines, flag delays, escalate when necessary.
• Support multiple initiatives: balance projects and escalations with leadership.
• Improve ways of working: enhance tracking, reporting accuracy, and automation.
