Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure on-time delivery. You will own project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating with Product, Technology, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to align priorities.

In this role, you will proactively identify risks and blockers, maintain visibility through accurate status reports, and lead productive meetings to advance initiatives while improving our ways of working

Qualifications

• Practical experience managing projects and coordinating workstreams.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and ownership.
• Experience with stakeholders across functions and clear ownership of next steps.
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals: risk/issue tracking, dependency management, status reporting.
• Ability to bring structure to changing priorities and seek guidance when needed.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution: develop and maintain plans, milestones, timelines, and ownership.
• Coordinate across teams: align activities with Product, Technology, Customer Success, Support, and Operations.
• Manage risks and issues: identify, document, monitor, and escalate when needed.
• Create project visibility: maintain docs, trackers, and status reports for stakeholders.
• Support effective project meetings: prepare agendas, capture decisions, and assign owners.
• Keep commitments on track: monitor deliverables and address delays early.
• Support multiple initiatives: balance projects and escalate priorities when required.
• Improve ways of working: simplify tracking and introduce repeatable processes or automation.
