ABC Fitness is seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure on-time delivery. You will own project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating with Product, Technology, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to align priorities.

In this role, you will proactively identify risks and blockers, maintain visibility through accurate status reports, and lead productive meetings to advance initiatives while improving our ways of working

Because when you thrive, we all thrive.Drive project execution: Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and ownership assignments to keep work moving toward defined outcomes.Coordinate across teams: Partner with Product, Technology, Customer Success, Support, Operations, and other stakeholders to align activities, track dependencies, and support effective handoffs.Manage project risks and issues: Proactively identify, document, and monitor risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating significant concerns with clear context and potential next steps.Create project visibility: Maintain accurate project documentation, progress trackers, action logs, and status reports to give stakeholders a reliable understanding of progress and priorities.Support effective project meetings: Coordinate working sessions, prepare agendas, document decisions and action items, and follow through with owners to maintain momentum.Keep commitments on track: Monitor deliverables and deadlines, communicate potential delays early, and work with accountable team members to resolve execution challenges.Support multiple initiatives: Balance defined projects and workstreams while partnering with project leadership on more complex initiatives, priorities, and escalations.Improve ways of working: Identify opportunities to simplify project tracking, strengthen reporting accuracy, and introduce repeatable practices or appropriate automation that make teams more effective.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDPractical experience managing projects, coordinating workstreams, or supporting complex cross-functional initiatives.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, organize deliverables, and manage competing deadlines.Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions, aligning activities, communicating updates, and maintaining clear ownership of next steps.Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including risk and issue tracking, dependency management, status reporting, and escalation processes.Ability to bring structure to changing priorities or incomplete information, identify what needs clarification, and make progress while seeking guidance when appropriate.Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain reliable project information and follow through on commitments.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate productive discussions and collaborate respectfully across teams.AND IT'S GREAT TO HAVEExperience supporting Product, Technology, SaaS, or customer-facing initiatives.Exposure to Agile, Scrum, waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches.Experience preparing project dashboards, leadership updates, or structured reporting.Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools or workflow automation to improve project documentation, reporting, and coordination, with appropriate review for accuracy and confidentiality.A project management certification such as CAPM, PMP, Scrum, or a comparable credential.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEReliable project execution: Project plans, milestones, dependencies, and ownership are consistently maintained, giving teams a clear view of what needs to happen next.Improved visibility: Stakeholders receive timely, accurate progress updates, with risks, issues, and changes clearly documented.Stronger follow-through: Action items and commitments are tracked consistently, with potential delays identified and escalated early.Effective collaboration: Cross-functional teams understand their responsibilities, dependencies, and immediate priorities.Continuous improvement: Project management practices become more consistent, organized, and efficient, reducing avoidable rework and improving delivery predictability.Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is -USA based candidates - $97,200 - $109,000 USD- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable.
