Job summary

Harris Computer Systems and Software division is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate utility CIS software implementations for customers across the US and Canada. The role allows remote work and requires travel up to 75% as projects demand.

You will manage detailed project plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in project management, budgeting experience from $10k to $2.5M, and familiarity with Jira, Spira, Confluence,

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project management or related software implementations.
• Experience managing project budgets from $10k to $2.5M.
• Familiarity with Jira, Spira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Clarizen.
• Basic understanding of Waterfall; Agile exposure is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate components of utility CIS software implementation projects.
• Maintain and update detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and report issues, risks, or delays to the PMO Manager and stakeholders.
• Provide clear communication and regular updates on project progress to the PMO Manager and project teams.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project tasks.
• Track budgets and generate status reports; collaborate with finance to verify data.
• Document meeting minutes and action items to ensure customer satisfaction.
