Job summary

Construction Specialties, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III to oversee and coordinate the progress of orders from initial review through completion.

This REMOTE position requires coordinating with multiple internal departments and customers to ensure timely, profitable project delivery. Based in Lebanon, NJ, this role includes travel up to 25% and responsibilities across production, drafting, and project review.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Experience with building facades, exterior design and construction.
• 5–10 years of demonstrated success in a similar project/manager role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam; Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel 25% to support projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the progress of orders via reviews, meetings, follow-ups and updates.
• Coordinate among business units and customers until project completion.
• Prepare status reports and communicate project developments to stakeholders.
• Represent the company professionally as a knowledgeable resource for successful, profitable projects.
• Update ERP system order notes and maintain electronic and physical files.
• Collaborate with production and purchasing to ensure timely materials and deadlines.
