Job summary

Covenant Contracting is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee remote project delivery from planning through closeout. You’ll coordinate scheduling, subs, resources, budgets, and change orders while ensuring safety and quality across designs and specs.

Although this role is remote, periodic site visits and field coordination are required to support clients and internal teams. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supervising site teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills to develop and adjust project budgets.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and field operations oversight.
• Experience managing commercial/industrial/design-build projects preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from planning through closeout, ensuring adherence to plans and specs.
• Coordinate daily activities, scheduling, subs, and resource allocation.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and change orders; address site issues.
• Review drawings and ensure quality control processes are followed.
• Prepare regular status reports and maintain client and internal communications.
• Travel to project sites as needed for field coordination and inspections.
