Job summary

Island Exterior Fabricators (IEF) seeks a Project Manager to lead project execution from award to closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, client relations, and internal cross‑functional teams. The PM ensures safety, on‑time delivery, and quality.

Responsibilities include managing scope, risks, change orders, cost tracking, and documentation, with travel to job sites and some remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, façade, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and subcontractors; strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets per contract requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, general contractors, and consultants; ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate across design, procurement, production, logistics, and field teams.
