Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Project Manager to lead company-wide technical initiatives from initiation through delivery, including cloud migration and infrastructure programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering, and act as Scrum master for development groups.

This remote role reports to the VP of Research and Development and emphasizes clear stakeholder communication and on-time production releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in software/tech environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and facilitating sprint ceremonies.
• Familiarity with project management tools; Jira preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage company-wide strategic projects from planning through execution, including cloud migration and infrastructure efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering to ensure alignment.
• Serve as Scrum Master for development teams, facilitating sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Oversee production release cycles and coordinate deployment activities.
• Develop communication plans and stakeholder updates for major projects.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, roadmaps and status reports for leadership.
• Track metrics, budgets, resources, and risk, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with team leads to remove blockers and sustain momentum.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

3+ years project management in software/tech
