Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a Project Manager to lead company-wide technical projects from initiation to completion, including AWS migration, coordinating cross-functional teams across R&D and other departments, and serving as Scrum master for development teams. The PM will ensure successful delivery, maintain clear stakeholder communications, and coordinate production releases.

The position reports to the VP of Research and Development. Remote work is available within the U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of project management in a software/technology environment.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders in complex projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and sprint ceremonies; Jira experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage company-wide strategic projects from planning through execution, including large-scale cloud migration and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering to ensure project alignment.
Serve as Scrum Master for development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Coordinate production release cycles, including tickets tracking and deployment coordination.
Develop and execute communication plans for major projects and stakeholder updates.
