FusionSoft, a division of Harris, is seeking a Project Manager who will manage the customer relationship during implementations and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. They will collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget while meeting scope requirements.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in the US and Canada, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software development projects through all phases of the project life cycle.
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess project progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Senior level PM capable of coordinating resources located worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scope of the project and changes to deliverables, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Explain implications of changes to client and management to ensure understanding and approval.
• Manage project financials.
• Proactively resolve project issues to mitigate delays and reduce impact on timelines.
• Provide updates to management and coworkers on customer/project status.
