Job summary

Pegasystems seeks a Lead Cloud Delivery Specialist to drive complex cloud transformations and mentor delivery teams. This senior, client-facing role requires strong technical leadership and collaboration across consulting, cloud advisory, and client success. The position is fully remote for US-based candidates with no visa sponsorship offered.

You will ensure environment readiness, manage risks, and partner with stakeholders to align scope and success criteria while advancing delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in cloud delivery, consulting, or implementation roles.
• Strong Pega platform knowledge (CLS A/C SSA) is a plus.
• Experience speaking with client technical leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client transformations, including legacy modernization and cloud migrations.
• Escalation point for multi-domain technical issues within cloud delivery engagements.
• Ensure environment readiness across development, test, and production.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, escalating as needed and driving mitigation plans.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to align scope and success criteria.
• Execute delivery plans balancing immediate needs with long-term platform health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
• Drive resolution of high-severity issues with engineering, product, support, and cloud ops.
• Use monitoring tools to identify recurring issues and support reliability improvements.
• Contribute to delivery process improvements and share insights with Product/Engineering.
• Mentor Cloud Delivery Specialists to build depth and consistency.
