Job summary

BlackDog Advertising is seeking an experienced full-time Project Manager to create and execute workflows and to track and assign client projects to our creative team. The role supports multiple client accounts in a fast-paced digital advertising environment, with opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity.

• 5+ years of project management experience within a Digital Advertising/Marketing agency
• Strong working knowledge of digital creative and social media creative
• Team player willing to support other team members with overflow work
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Customer service orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work effectively with multiple teams
• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field or comparable professional experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with Creatives, Account Managers, Project Managers and staff to determine project status and obstacles
• Help create, implement and manage internal processes to improve productivity and workflows
• Track project details, changes and revisions; resolve issues and locate missing information for clear direction to staff
• Monitor design time tracking and project due dates
• Coordinate with designers to meet production workflow and deadlines for proofs and publications
• Ensure brand guidelines and asset requirements are followed across projects
• Communicate with vendors/subcontractors to keep projects on budget and on time
• Maintain high client satisfaction through effective communication with teams and clients
