Job summary

Monks is seeking a Project Manager to join a fast-paced digital advertising team on a hybrid basis. You will manage regional digital creative projects, coordinating with client leads and internal teams to meet milestones and deliver high-quality assets.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and at least 1 year of experience in digital advertising or production. You will balance resources, brief the team, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in digital advertising or production.
• Excellent project management and client-relations skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Fluent English and clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage fast-moving digital creative projects on a regional scale.
• Liaise between client leads and internal teams to deliver on milestones.
• Balance resources and workload to deliver projects on time.
• Brief team members on objectives and track progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Schedule, track and prioritize assignments to ensure a steady flow of work.
• Evaluate completed projects to improve processes and workflows.
