Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Background in advertising, media, entertainment, marketing, creative, or production strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with creative asset management and post-production processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple advertising and creative projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate projects from initial intake through creative delivery.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and trackers.
• Partner with creative, production, development, commerce, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate creative asset intake, distribution, and delivery.
• Monitor project scope, priorities, resources, and deadlines.
• Identify risks and potential issues before they become roadblocks.
• Communicate project status, changes, and next steps across teams.
• Improve workflows and processes to create greater consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate project documentation within project management systems.
• Take ownership of follow-up and ensure critical details don't fall through the cracks.
