Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Project Management Consultant to join our Clinical Data Professional Services team. You will lead project efforts implementing Veeva Clinical Data Software, focusing on timelines, budgets, and customer adoption.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and delivering regular progress updates. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with hours generally Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• 2+ years of experience in software implementation.
• 2+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams and customers to understand Clinical Data requirements.
• Develop timelines according to deliverables in contracted statements of work.
• Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and budgets using project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet).
• Manage project teams, resource allocation, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Deliver regular progress reports and executive summaries on milestones and blockers.
• Oversee third-party software vendors and integration partners.
• Coordinate with Data Management, IT, Programmers, Statisticians, QA on software lifecycles.
• Collaborate on end-user training and change management materials.
• Oversee the transition from deployment to post-implementation support.
