Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Project Management Consultant to join our Clinical Data Professional Services team. You will lead project teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure customer adoption of Veeva Clinical Data Software across EDC and related applications.

The role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with 2+ years in project management and software implementation within the Life Sciences industry. Hours are Monday–Friday; remote-US work is supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• 2+ years of experience in software implementation.
• 2+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional team members and customers to understand Clinical Data requirements.
• Develop timelines according to deliverables in contracted statements of work.
• Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and budgets using Jira, Smartsheet, etc.
• Manage project teams, resource allocation, and cross-functional workstreams to ensure alignment across organizations.
• Identify technical and operational risks and develop and track mitigation strategies.
• Deliver regular progress reports and executive summaries regarding milestone completion and blockers.
• Oversee third-party software vendors and integration partners.
• Coordinate with Data Management, IT, Programmers, Statisticians, QA on software lifecycles.
• Collaborate to develop end-user training and change management materials.
• Oversee the transition from deployment to post-implementation support.
