Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Project Management Consultant to join our Clinical Data Professional Services team. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while overseeing customer adoption across Clinical Data software implementations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in project management with demonstrated delivery of initiatives.
• Minimum 2+ years in software implementation within complex environments.
• Minimum 2+ years in the Life Sciences industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office suites and related productivity tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, plus attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams and customers to understand Clinical Data requirements.
• Develop timelines according to contracted statements of work.
• Maintain timelines, deliverables, and budgets using Jira, Smartsheet, etc.
• Manage project teams, resources, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Identify risks and track mitigation strategies.
• Deliver regular progress reports and executive summaries on milestones.
• Oversee third‑party software vendors and integration partners.
• Coordinate with Life Sciences teams on software implementation lifecycles.
• Collaborate to develop end-user training and change management materials.
• Oversee transition from deployment to post-implementation support.
