Mission Technologies is seeking a motivated Project Management Analyst for a remote role based in the Rome, NY area. You will support government contracting operations by overseeing project tracking, financial analysis, and coordination across teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross‑functional team.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaises between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Schedule, set up and coordinate meetings with Program Manager, functional line managers, and external customer.
• Enforcement of Project Operating Rhythm including keeping central Action Item List and subcontractor invoicing.
• Provide operational/programmatic support, documentation review and briefing preparation.
• Interact with government customer and other stakeholders.
• Prepare Project Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and Biweekly reports.
• Project Financial Support (updating trackers, labor hours and project actuals).
• Support generation of ROMs.
• Initiate and submit project closeouts to PM for approval.
• Subcontractor Management, accruals, travel and invoice processing.
• Ensure project financials updated after modifications and invoices are recognized.
• Upload MSRs and deliverables to project sites.
