HII Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Management Analyst to support multiple programs, overseeing project tracking, financial analysis, and operational coordination. This remote role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be proactive with excellent communication, capable of coordinating with government customers and stakeholders, and skilled in preparing monthly and biweekly

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross‑functional team.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of DoD project management standards, risk management practices, and compliance requirements.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project tracking, financial analysis, and operational coordination.
• Schedule, set up and coordinate meetings with Program Manager, managers, and external customer.
• Enforce the Project Operating Rhythm and manage central Action Item List and contract reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractor invoicing and travel and purchase requests.
• Interact with government customers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare Project Monthly Status Reports and Biweekly reports.
• Update project financial trackers with funding, labor hours and actuals.
