Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a motivated Project Management Analyst to join our team in support of multiple programs. This is a remote position with the potential for travel as required.

The role focuses on project tracking, financial analysis, and operational coordination to support government contracting operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a proactive problem solver, and able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 0 years experience with Bachelor’s in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Schedule, set up and coordinate meetings with Program Manager, functional line managers, and external customer.
• Very disciplined in enforcement of establish Project Operating Rhythm including adherence to meeting schedules, keeper of central Action Item List, Subcontractor Invoicing, and coordination of contract reporting.
